How do you use AI?
For our editing team, AI is simply a tool for assisting us in making sure that the recommendations we provide are excellent in every way. Human editors check your document thoroughly to ensure that all editing recommendations not only retain your voice but make it possible for your great ideas to be heard even more clearly through your writing.
How do I see the editing recommendations?
When you submit your document for human editing, we use Word’s tracking feature so that you see all of our editing recommendations.
What if I’m not satisfied with the editing?
We work hard to make sure we meet your expectations. In the event that this is not possible, we will give you a full refund.
What if I don’t understand some of the recommendations?
It is completely fine to email the PaperLift editing team with any questions you have about the editing.
Is there anything that Professor Randy and his editing team cannot edit?
The PaperLift Editing Team can usually edit any kind of English document including resumes, curriculum vitas, business documents, application forms, emails/website text, other kinds of personal documents, and of course, academic papers and dissertations. In addition, for ethical reasons, Randy will not edit student papers from the university where he teaches, Trinity Western University. Another member of his editing team will do the work instead. Finally, in the very rare case where we cannot edit your paper, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
